If only we could….
Do something today, make a change, change a habit.
Small tweaks, make big impact,
Big changes take too long..
Pick up the trash, walk the mile longer,
Hope for better days a brighter future for the young ones.
Just you and me and nature and the Father in the garden, wet with rain.
Feeling prophetic, reflective, philosophical after some health issues and seeing the forest fires, ice caps melting and the mountains of plastics dumped into rivers and seas.

I work as a therapist remotely, with clients from all over the world. I'm a new breed of sixty something, not yet retired.I have spent a lot of my life working in various fields of employment and self employment from dental nursing to teaching assistant to boarding school matron to interior designer !
I've been married to Chris for 43 years and we have three grown up children and three grandchildren . We have lived in various areas of the UK, but mainly residing in London and the South East.
I enjoy walking, swimming and cycling and taking in the best of the green spaces that London can offer. I regularly visit art galleries and can be found sitting in coffee shops writing on my iPad ( presently writing my late Fathers biography) , wandering through parkland taking amateur photographs and rummaging around charity shops for a posh bargain!
